Dishwasher safe If used with a lid, the pot must have a height of at least 10.5 cm. Please note the following when using the steamer: always ensure that there is enough water in the pot to generate steam and top up as necessary during cooking. Never let the pot dry out or overheat, as this can damage the pot and the food being cooked. This product is only to be used in pots with straight sides and is not suitable for use in pans or woks. We recommend that you set the water level in the pot so that it just reaches the bottom of the steamer - approx. 2.5 cm.
