It is an open-bulb design, and the light shines directly into your eyes. It makes it uncomfortable to sit at the table and enjoy dinner. The atmosphere you expect from the product photos simply does not exist in real use.\n\nI ordered this lamp and then had to wait almost three weeks for an electrician to install it. After that, I spent another couple of weeks trying different types of bulbs, hoping to make it work. Every bulb I tried created the same problem. The light is too harsh and too direct, and it is impossible to sit comfortably at the table in the evening.\n\nI contacted customer support hoping they would understand my situation and allow a return or an exchange. Since the lamp looks great only on a styled photoshoot but is not usable in daily life, I truly expected some understanding. Unfortunately, my request was declined, so now I have to keep a lamp that I cannot use in the evenings at all. It will simply hang there as an accessory.\n\nDisappointing experience overall.","2025-11-28T12:53:03.302Z",{"_5317":5479,"_5319":5480,"_72":43},"
