Thank you so much for your feedback, Jean-Marc.

We are delighted that you like the Recinto suspension aesthetically!

😊 \n

At the same time, we fully understand your frustration with the difficulties encountered when installing and choosing bulbs. 😔 We take note of your comments about bulb compatibility, the limited space between the socket holder and the holder, and the missing information in the user manual.

We take this feedback very seriously and will share it with the appropriate team to discuss how we can improve the clarity of instructions and the user experience for future productions.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us — your feedback is a huge help in making progress!
