Merci pour votre retour, chère Marie. 😔

Thank you for coming back, dear Marie.

😔 \n

Sorry to hear that the motion sensor on your Solar Pathway Light Rica is not working as expected. We fully understand your disappointment - the main purpose of motion sensor lighting is actually to turn on early enough to light the way before you get in front of it.

It's frustrating to find that you already have to be very close for the light to go off, which doesn't meet your legitimate expectations for this type of product at all. This is not in line with the performance we want to offer our customers.

Your feedback helps us better understand expectations about the sensitivity and range of the motion sensors in our outdoor lights. We are taking note of these points to improve our future products.

We hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
